You can enhance your peel with Firm (radio frequency for elasticity and minor tightening), Glow (intense pulsed light for sun damage, rosacea, broken capillaries, and melasma), Clear (multiple IPL filters for active acne, inflammation, and acne scars), Smooth (microneedling for fine lines, scarring, and large pores), and Tight (radio frequency needling for skin laxity, texture, scarring, and acne). When scheduling an add-on, choose both the peel and the desired add-on treatment.
Is there any downtime?
This maintenance treatment requires no downtime, leaving you fresh, beautiful, and renewed so you can resume your day right away. Depending on the strength of the peel, light flaking may occur for a few days afterward.
Does the treatment hurt?
No, you shouldn't experience pain during or after the treatment, though you may feel a warm sensation during the peel. Add-ons such as microneedling or radio frequency needling may have additional sensations, which your esthetician will discuss with you beforehand.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with a makeup-free face. Your esthetician will cleanse your skin with a gentle cleanser before beginning the customized treatment, and will finish by applying a moisturizing lotion followed by SPF.
Who is a good candidate?
ReNew You Signature Treatments are a great fit if you want to maintain healthy, glowing skin or address concerns such as fine lines, dark spots, sun damage, acne, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, or dullness. Your esthetician will customize the treatment to your skin.
Who should avoid this treatment?
This treatment should be avoided if you have an active herpes simplex outbreak in the treatment area, excessively sensitive skin, have taken Accutane within the past year, recently underwent chemotherapy or radiation, are pregnant or lactating, have vitiligo, are taking antibiotics, or are immunocompromised. Your provider will review your history before treatment.
When will I see results?
Most patients love the way their skin looks and feels after the first treatment, with the best results appearing after a series of treatments performed on a regular maintenance schedule.
